There's actual science behind this. Happiness is a habit, like so many other things in our lives, fitness, nutrition, remembering to brush our teeth.
The mere IDEA of this, being able to change my disposition, to become more positive, to be an optimist, is SO EXCITING.
And like most other things, especially positive change, it's more fun and exciting with company. So, I'm running a FREE Challenge, starting MONDAY, JULY 2ND.
