Good nutrition is a key component to being a healthier, happier, more confident you. Duh right?
But even if you think you're eating healthy you may not actually be eating as well as you thought. That's what I discovered when I started this journey (actually probably about a year into it).
That doesn't mean you need to start a complicated nutrition plan, go vegan, or cut certain foods completely out of your diet (though you may decide you want to). What it does mean is that you may not be eating the right amounts of the right foods. When I decided to take a look at my nutrition I thought I was going to have to cut back on what I was eating to lose weight - the whole calorie deficit thing - but I discovered that I actually had to start eating MORE. I know, shocking eh?
I addition to eating the rights amount of the right foods, you want to make sure you're fuelling your body correctly and getting all the nutrients, minerals and other amazing things that your body needs, stuff that our modern diet often doesn't provide us. That's where Shakeology comes in - and easy way to make sure you're getting everything you need - many things you may never have even thought about. You can find lots more information about Shakeology, nutritional details, FAQs, and myths on the relevant pages on my site.
