Virtual Bootcamp Info
First of all congratulations!!! Why?? Because you’ve expressed interest in joining my virtual bootcamp, which means you’re taking a step to improve your life.
I think this this is a longer email, but I want to make sure you have LL of the info when making this decision. I know that I always like to have all the info in front of me before making a decision.
BEFORE WE DIVE IN to the details, I want to THANK YOU so much for taking the time to contact me. This is huge to me because it means you’ve taken the first step in getting really serious about your fitness and nutrition. If this can change your life even a FRACTION of the way it’s changed mine, then it isSO worth learning more.
What is my virtual bootcamp?
I believe that when you focus on the INSIDE, the outside follows. And that’s EXACTLY what we’ll be doing.
- Clean eating focused
- 20-30 minute at home workouts that you do on your time (no strict schedule)
- No diets
- Learning to understand YOUR BODY/how to fuel it
- Understanding portions
- Beat sugar addition
- Provide you with family friendly tips & recipes
- Using food to make us stronger, more mentally focused, and physically fit
- Of course accountability, challenges, and a fun community.
This is exactly what made it happen for me. I was SO frustrated. I thought that I was eating healthy and I was exercising but I just couldn’t get to where I wanted to be. I couldn’t see how I could eat any less or exercise any more than I already did. Once I finally tried this I realized it was more about being smarter and more consistent.
And as awesome as the workouts and nutrition are, it’s the community, support & accountability that really made it possible for me to finally get to where I wanted to be.
So, BASICALLY, when you enrol, your challenge pack will come in the mail with everything you need, but there is going to be one key component missing - ME! If I could physically show up on your doorstep, I absolutely would, but the your shipping costs would be through the roof. ;) So, INSTEAD, I’ll be coming to you through your phone (or computer) VIRTUALLY though an exclusive group where we’ll share about our workouts, shakes and our nutrition.
Once you order your Challenge Pack, I’ll get you all set up in the group and we’ll start GOAL SETTING FOR SUCCESS.

To get the discount, you sign up as a coach. Don’t worry, you don’t have to actively coach. But if you are interested in coaching, you can go that route as well and also get the discount while earning an income by helping others! But totally NOT required!
